Our interview with Bobby Seaman from Folino’s Williston

We did a mini interview with Bobby Seaman, the general manager at Folino’s Pizza in Williston! ♥️🍕Enjoy!

Q: When did you become a pizza enthusiast?

A: “When I was like 10 years old, my mom got me a pizza stone for my birthday. That’s where it started!”

Q: Favorite menu item and why?

A: “The meatballs, because it’s my grandmother’s recipe. It’s nice to have something from her here in the restaurant.”

Q: What’s your favorite part about being the general manager at Folino’s?

A: “Taking care of a really good team. It’s nice to have a happy, successful, well oiled machine, and being in charge of it is fun.”

 Q: Share some Local Love: when you’re not eating at Folino’s, where’s your favorite place to eat?

A: “Black Flannel is a really good, casual, fun spot!”
